Whilst our services detailed on this site are intended to demonstrate the breadth and depth of support available, all engagements are bespoke to address the business challenge. We don't include services you don't need, to ensure we focus on the critical elements that you do, to move your business forward at the pace required.

Our free, no-obligation initial consultation, will focus on the scope of support required and timelines and budget available. We will then respond with a proposal that meets these. Less budget usually means more guidance than execution, with the business undertaking more of the 'doing', typically over an extended timeline. Where timelines are tight and more 'doing' is needed, this will usually result in a greater budget requirement. All support is tailored to meet these key attributes to ensure every client has their requirements met in an effective and affordable way. 

No. Few businesses know what they need x months out, despite best laid plans, which is why we avoid up-front financial commitments.  We want you to be delighted with our service. Paying in advance for something you don't need or value rarely results in this.

Yes. If a regular check-in and cadence will be helpful, recurring short meetings to support progress are available and welcomed. These can be discussed in the initial complimentary consultation. Our services are entirely flexible, with support tailored to the needs of the business as they evolve.
